Garment care should not require rearranging your day. BLANC offers dry cleaning collection and delivery across central and west London. We collect from your home, office, or concierge desk, clean every piece at the BLANC Atelier, and return it cleaned and hand-finished to your door.
Schedule a collection online in under a minute or by phone. Our driver collects your garments from your chosen address at a time that suits you. The garments are transported to the Atelier, where each piece is individually inspected and cleaned using non-toxic methods matched to its fabric. Once cleaned and hand-finished, your garments are returned to your door. Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours.

Some collection services are convenient but generic: garments are batch-processed and returned without individual attention. BLANC applies the same standard to collected garments as to those brought into a studio. Convenience and quality are not a trade-off. The collection is simply how the garment reaches the Atelier.

What to expect on collection day
After collection, you will receive confirmation of the items received. Delivery follows the same process in reverse: the driver returns your cleaned and finished garments to the same address, or to a different one if you specify a change when booking.
Arrival
Our driver arrives at the time and address you selected when booking. You do not need to sort, label or bag your garments in any specific way; our team handles that at the Atelier. If you have instructions for any item, a note or a brief word with the driver is enough.
Not at home?
If you are not available at the door, garments can be left with a concierge, a receptionist, or a neighbour you nominate at booking.
Needs longer than standard?
If a garment needs longer than the standard turnaround, such as a heavily beaded dress, a leather jacket, or a piece that needs specialist stain treatment, you will be informed before work begins, not after.

We deliver on the agreed date and time
Once your items have been processed and quality-checked, our driver will deliver them back to you on the agreed date and time.

Collection and delivery, answered.
Yes. For online bookings of £30 or more, collection and delivery are included with no separate charge. Orders below £30 can still be brought to a BLANC studio. The £30 threshold applies to online collection and delivery bookings.
Our standard turnaround is Today In, Tomorrow Out: collected today, returned the next day. More complex work, such as wedding gowns, heavily beaded pieces, leather or specialist restoration, takes longer and is confirmed after inspection. If you need an item back by a specific date or event, tell us when you book and we will confirm whether the timeline is achievable.
