I visited Blanc following a recommendation from The Wedding Club bridal shop and they didn't disappoint! I had two wedding dresses to be altered and Joseph did an amazing job on both. one was a princess style gown and the other a slim fitting style. I expected to have a few fittings before the dresses were right but I ended up having one fitting and when I went back to try them, the dresses fitted me perfectly. He even added a wrist strap to one of them while I waited which was brilliant. Highly recommend Joseph at Blanc if you're looking for wedding dress alterations.

The staff are friendly and helpful and they don't use nasty chemicals.The service is great and the clothes are beautifully clean.

Both the young lady fronting the shop and the lady tailor were kind and efficient. My daughter was wearing slightly higher heels than she intended to use with the dress – we informed the tailor and she adjusted things accordingly so that the alteration looked perfect. It was also ready two days in advance of the suggested time.

If you are looking for a place to really clean your clothes BLANC is the one. When I used the standard dry cleaning places my clothes always looked like there was no life in them left. Since started using BLANC my clothes are fresh, bad odours gone and most importantly clean! And of course everything is done without using any chemicals but only with simple non toxic detergents and water. The store staff are amazing too always willing to help and advice. Highly recommend this place!

I have been using Blanc for the last 18 months more or less and normally they collect and deliver from my office, which makes life so much easier. I like the fact that they are an independent company with environmental credentials and I really want to give a special mention to the drivers who are always courteous.
