Liquid CO₂ cleaning.
Pressurised liquid carbon dioxide lifts dirt without heat, water or chemicals, and is recaptured after every cycle. For couture, tailoring and the most delicate pieces.
Advanced wet cleaning.
Professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents at controlled temperature. The gentlest professional method for silk, cashmere, knitwear and most everyday luxury garments.
Ozone disinfection.
Sanitises and deodorises without any chemical, for leather, vintage and anything that cannot be wet or dry cleaned.
Before you book.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather, suede, shoes, curtains and rugs take one to three weeks. Wedding dresses and complex alterations are confirmed after inspection.
Yes. A 30% supplement applies for designer labels and 100% for luxury labels, reflecting the individual handling each piece receives. Supplements also apply to delicate features such as beading or leather trims, and to express turnaround.
Yes. Dry cleaning, shirts, wash and fold, bedding, alterations and leather can all go in one collection. Each item is cleaned by the right method at the Atelier and returned together, with anything needing longer confirmed first.
Every item is inspected at the Atelier and cleaned by the method its fibre asks for: liquid CO2 without heat, professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents, or ozone. We have never used PERC.
